Executing the Fund Raise
Once the business is investment ready, the next step is to execute.
In most cases offer to act on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis depending on the circumstances and anticipated challenges.
Typically we charge a nominal retainer fee plus a success fee as a %age of investment raised.
